application identifier com.teamup.mobile (also referenced as
PlayIt / TeamUp).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe,
transparent, and enjoyable experience when using our mobile application,
web services, and API (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you access or use Dribblo. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using Dribblo, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, maintain, and improve our football matchmaking, turf discovery, squad management, and player rating features.
A. Information You Provide to Us
- Account & Profile Information: When you register an account, we collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number (used for Firebase OTP authentication), profile picture/avatar, preferred playing position, preferred foot, and skill level.
- Match & Squad Data: Details related to match creations, turf reservations, team lineups, jersey number preferences, club memberships, and captain/manager/admin roles.
- Player Statistics & FUT Cards: Performance stats including goals scored, assists, match ratings, attendance reliability scores, and FIFA-style FUT card attributes (Pace, Shooting, Passing, Dribbling, Defense, Physicality).
- Communications & User Content: Content you upload or transmit through Dribblo, including in-app direct messages, pre-match strategy chat comments, club announcements, and match highlight photos.
B. Information Automatically Collected
- Location Information: With your permission, we collect precise or approximate geolocation data from your device to show you nearby football matches, turf venues, local clubs, and regional leaderboards.
- Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, system crash logs, app performance metrics, and network connectivity status.
- Push Notification Data: Registration tokens generated via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) used to deliver real-time notifications such as match reminders, waitlist alerts, and chat messages.
C. Information Controls & Privacy Settings
Dribblo offers user-configurable privacy settings for player statistics:
- PUBLIC: Your player stats and FUT card are visible to all registered Dribblo users and regional leaderboards.
- CLUB_ONLY: Your stats are only visible to members of the football clubs you belong to.
- PRIVATE: Your player stats are visible only to you.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- Facilitating pickup match discovery, turf slot bookings, squad lineup management, and tournament bracket tracking.
- Powering our Automated Fair Team Generator algorithm by balancing team rosters using player position preferences and FUT ratings.

- Authenticating users via phone number OTP or email.
- Verifying identity, preventing multi-account abuse, and safeguarding account access.

Communication & Alerts:
- Sending push notifications and SMS updates regarding match waitlist status changes, kickoff alerts, score updates, and direct messages.

- Enabling direct messaging between players, squad strategy chat, and club challenge invitations.
- Generating dynamic Player FUT Cards and managing district/regional leaderboards according to your selected privacy preferences.

- Diagnosing technical errors, analyzing performance, testing new features, and optimizing user interface experience.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only under the following circumstances:

B. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with trusted third-party service providers to power key infrastructure:

4. Device Permissions
Depending on your device platform (Android or iOS), Dribblo may request the following permissions:
- Location (GPS & Network): Required to locate nearby turf games, clubs, and local matches. You can disable location access in your device settings, though some location-dependent features may be limited.
- Push Notifications: Required to receive match updates, waitlist promotions, score alerts, and direct messages.
- Camera & Photo Library: Required if you choose to upload a custom profile picture, squad jersey image, or match gallery photos.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between the app and our servers use secure HTTPS / SSL/TLS encryption.
- Access Controls: Restricted administrative access to user databases and backend server environments.
- Token-Based Authentication: Secure token storage for user sessions and notification handling.
While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
A. Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with our Services, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
B. Your Account Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
- In-App Account Deletion: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the Dribblo app.
- Email Request: Send an account deletion request from your registered email address to dribblo_support@amagicapps.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information, profile data, stats, and messages within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated.
7. Children's Privacy
Dribblo is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain European jurisdictions). If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete that information from our records.
